Job description

• Pre and Post-contract stage estimation of Residential, Commercial & Industrial project.
• Preparation of BOQs and costing for tenders.
• Preparation of Budget and Estimation of projects at Concept, Schematic & DD stage.
• Rate analysis as per CPWD SOR with current market rates
• Detailed estimation in Pre-contract stage for DPR preparation
• Preparation of Tender documents (RFP & NIT)
• Bid Evaluation and assist in the selection process of qualified bidder
• Smart City project Package wise estimation and BOQ preparation for EPC mode of contract
• Change management and variation evaluation
• PEB Work BOQ, Estimation and RFP preparation for warehouses and industrial sheds.
