Contracts Management /Project Management Consultant (State Tourism)

Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Management Consultant with strong exposure to contracts, procurement, andPublic-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end contract development, review, and compliance.

• Oversee procurement processes and ensure adherence to guidelines.

• Support PPP project documentation, governance, and execution.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for contract lifecycle management.

• Mitigate risks and ensure timely resolution of contractual issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law, Contract Management, or Project Management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts and procurement.

• Strong understanding of PPP frameworks and government processes.

• Excellent documentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
