Job Description

  • Creation and execution of technology partnership contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of all incoming agreement requests.
  • Ensure compliance with the applicable signing authority matrix and validate that proper approvals are acquired and documented.
  • Facilitate contract recording processes, ensuring an organized contract repository and tracking key terms, expirations, and renewals.
  • Follow established standard processes for contract and project management, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve timely execution of results.
  • Manage new and renewal contracts, Adobe Sign, and transition to/manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, Icertis.
  • Support process optimization related to CLM and automation as a functional consultant.
  • Continuously identify process improvement and automation opportunities and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Adapt to additional complexities as Siemens explores new ways of engaging with SaaS partner ecosystems and launches new engagement models.
  • Review and craft technology partnership contracts for accuracy, compliance, and internal approval attainment, adhering to defined contract policies.
  • Route contracts in a timely manner to appropriate signing authorities based on legal entity and contract type.
  • Utilize contract workflows through Adobe Sign and Icertis, constantly seeking to improve and streamline operations.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks to increase the speed, efficiency, and auditability of the contracting process.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, GTM operations, deal desk, or similar roles.
  • Preferred background in Legal/Finance, Business Administration, or Technology degree.
  • Familiarity with contract administration tools, particularly Icertis, Adobe Sign, and SFDC.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and the quote-to-cash process.
  • Experience working in global teams with the flexibility to work across time zones.
