US Shift: EST hours (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Mode of work: WFO

Department: US Contracts Department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drafting agreements such as Master Services Agreements (MSA), Service Agreements, Agency Agreements, and Corp-to-Corp Agreements for service providers.
• Reviewing agreements forwarded by vendors for W2 placements.
• Negotiating payment terms and invoicing processes for W2 consultants.
• Referring to Termination Clauses and Liability Clauses in agreements.
• Reviewing all clauses under agreements, including Breach clauses, Liability clauses, Termination clauses, Non-competition, and Non-solicitation clauses.
• Reviewing NDAs and NCAs forwarded by vendors.
• Preparing C2C MSA's and SOW's for placements with our clients.
• Knowledge of performing BGC's for W2 and C2C candidates.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ensuring contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
