- Preparation and validation of deviation statements.
- Budget vs actual cost analysis and cost monitoring.
- Reconciliation of material and labour accounts.
- Monitoring project cash flow related to contractor payments.
- Rate Analysis & Estimation
- Detailed rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
- BOQ preparation and quantity verification.
- Market rate study and vendor negotiation.
- Extra/non-schedule item rate finalization.
- Project Coordination
- Coordination with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and contractors.
- Participation in progress review meetings.
