This Position reports to:

Regional Sales Process Specialist - APAC IN


Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

This role is contributing to the Smart Building Business in Bangalore, India

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.

  • Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.

  • Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

  • Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.


Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

  • Strong Understanding of Commercial Operations process preferred: Opportunity - Order - Cash.

  • Possess Hands on experience in Quotation tool implementation projects, working knowledge on Salesforce, Conga/CPQ, Order booking tools (OMS), Business Online, MuleSoft, SAP SD and MM as user, testing, Go Live activities.

  • Minimum 5 years working Experience in Sales and related commercial processes, operation and maintenance of tools.

  • Basic skills on Full Cost Model, Data analysis, advanced excel, word and power point skills.

  • Understanding all the complex terminologies related to Risk Review Process.
