Senior Consultant Specialist - Delivery Support
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced
Senior Consultant Specialist (Delivery Support) with a primary focus on IAM, PMO, Cyber Governance, and Automation. In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging technology and business needs, leveraging your strong technical background, analytical mindset, and exceptional communication skills to drive seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Design & Optimization: Lead business process design and mapping initiatives, identifying information gaps and translating user needs into structured, actionable solutions.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop macro solutions and automate workflows using VBA in Excel to enhance operational efficiency.
- Documentation & Governance: Create clear, comprehensive process documentation, technical content, and visually engaging presentations (using Confluence, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Collaboration & Delivery Support: Work effectively across diverse teams, applying software engineering concepts and methodologies (SDLC, Agile, DevOps) to support robust technology delivery.
Requirements & QualificationsMandatory Skills
- Business Process Design and Mapping
- IAM, PMO, Cyber Governance, and Automation experience within the technology sector
Technical & Analytical Competencies
- Skilled in Excel VBA scripting to build robust macro solutions
- Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies, tools, and concepts (SDLC, Agile, DevOps)
- Proficiency in documentation and presentation tools (Confluence, MS Word, Excel, MS PowerPoint) with a proven ability to create professional infographics and presentations
