Lead and manage shift operations for a team of 10–15 SAP Basis consultantsDeliver SAP Basis support across S/4HANA, Business Suite, EWM, and associated landscapesPerform system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management (ChaRM/CTMS)Handle data growth analysis, security updates, deletion/partitioning, system refreshes, and upgradesManage SAP HANA, including performance optimization and troubleshooting across ERP, BW, BW4HANADrive incident and change management in line with ITIL practicesCreate and maintain shift rosters, ensure task allocation and productivity improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure planning, system sizing, HA/DR strategiesMaintain system documentation, support IT audits, and ensure complianceProvide RCA, support patching, upgrades, and kernel/database maintenanceTrain junior consultants and ensure knowledge sharing within the team
