Contract Video Editor

The team combines process consulting with hands-on execution across reporting workflows, data management, CRM systems, automation, documentation, and AI integration. Role Description This is a 1-2 month contractor, on-site Contract Video Editor role based in Noida. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling video content for client presentations, product explainers, internal training, and marketing assets, ensuring alignment with client's brand and messaging. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing raw footage, selecting key clips, applying transitions, adding sound and basic visual effects, and preparing final exports optimized for various platforms. The role also involves collaborating with consultants and subject-matter experts to understand project goals, incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders, and maintaining organized project files and version control. The Video Editor will be expected to meet deadlines consistently, maintain high quality standards, and proactively suggest creative ways to present complex information clearly and engagingly.

Qualifications

• Strong video production skills, including planning, shot selection, and understanding of visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in video editing, including timeline management, audio syncing, and exporting for multiple platforms.
• Experience with video color grading to ensure consistent, professional-looking visuals.
• Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and graphic elements to clarify data and processes.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve; After Effects or similar for motion graphics). Canva works too.
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and narrative flow, with attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to interpret feedback constructively, work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience editing content related to technology, data, finance, or real estate is a plus.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
