Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer closure)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategy
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
- Conduct screening calls and initial assessments
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
- Drive offer negotiations and closures
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience handling mid-level to senior-level hiring
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills
- Experience working in remote or hybrid hiring environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience hiring for startups or fast-growing companies
- Exposure to tech / non-tech / marketing / finance hiring
- Consulting or agency recruitment background
