Contract Staffing Recruitment Manager / Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to lead and grow our Contract Staffing business. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, drive new business opportunities and lead a team of recruiters to deliver quality contract staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Contract Staffing recruitment team and daily recruitment activities.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening and interviewing to offer and onboarding.
• Handle contract staffing requirements across different industries and job functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive business development, client reactivation and generate new job orders.
• Understand client hiring needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
• Work closely with clients on salary, benefits, contract terms and hiring requirements.
• Monitor team performance, recruitment KPIs, sales targets and overall business results.
• Coach and develop recruiters to improve recruitment performance and client management skills.
• Work closely with HR/payroll/operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and contract management.
• Resolve client and candidate issues throughout the contract period.
• Keep updated on market trends, salary benchmarks and Malaysia employment requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in contract staffing / temporary staffing.
• Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing and candidate management.
• Good client management and business development skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets, KPIs and sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and lead a team.
• Good understanding of Malaysia employment practices and contract staffing processes is an advantage.
• Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented.
