Role Summary:
The Senior UX Designer will be able to guide the lead user experience strategy and execution for complex digital products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and researchers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and impactful design solutions. This role combines hands-on design work with stakeholder collaboration and mentoring of junior designers.

Overall Project/Task Description Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead UX efforts across one or more digital products or services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user journeys, flows, and design goals
- Conduct or support user research and translate insights into design actions
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs that align with design systems
- Review and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing
- Support developers during implementation to ensure design quality
- Contribute to the evolution of design standards and best practices
- Mentor junior designers and support design team collaboration
- Challenge product requirements and stakeholders to ensure the most user-centric approach is taken
