Aquis Search is assisting our client, a global analytics business, in their search for a Contract Specialist in Mumbai. This is a two year renewable contract position in a retainer model.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to financial services products and services, including:
- Master agreements
- Service level agreements
- Non-disclosure agreements
- Partnership agreements
- Licensing agreements
- Engagement letters
- Terms & conditions
- RFPs
- Vendor agreements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand contract requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with financial services regulations and laws.
- Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks.
- Negotiate contracts with external parties, including vendors, customers, and partners.
- Manage contract renewals, terminations, and amendments.
- Maintain accurate contract records and databases.
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex contract matters.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years PQE
- LLB
- Experience in high volume commercial contracting.
