We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to join the Infosys Talent Acquisition team.

Location: Bangalore (Preferred)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 2-3 years in IT Recruitment

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment
• GCC hiring exposure will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Talent sourcing through multiple channels

Candidate screening and interview coordination

Stakeholder and candidate management

Offer rollout and joining follow-up

Maintaining recruitment trackers and meeting hiring timelines
