We re hiringContract Performance Analystfor one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Bangalore.
University/bachelor s degree in related disciplines;
- At least 5 years work experience in complex corporate environments in contract management and procurement related role;
- Good at handling data, numbers, analytical skill;
- Good at MS office suite specially Excel andPower Point;
- Preferably handling travel, hotel, meeting and events etc;
- Comfortable working with, and leading through uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity and incomplete information;
- Experience in working within a multicultural and multi-country environment is essential;
- Good written and verbal communication skill;
- A self-starter with strong business partnering skills;
- People Skills;
- A seasoned professional with broad data & information skills;
- A clear proven track record in delivery, self-starting with the ability and courage to initiate;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- High energy level individual, with the determination of seeing thing through and succeeding;
- Excellent people, oral/ written skills;
