One of our clients is looking for an experienced Contract & Onboarding Specialist - India (100% Remote) - Freelance/Fulltime role.
Note: We are not looking for Senior level candidates 2-3 years a preferred.
- 35 years of experience in candidate onboarding / HR operations / staffing operations.
- 2+ years of experience in US IT staffing is a must.
- Strong hands-on experience handling C2C, W2, and 1099 onboarding paperwork.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, correcting, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Good knowledge of MSA (Master Service Agreement) and Subcontractor Agreements.
- Experience handling NDA, NCA, and NSA documentation.
- Familiarity with preparing Work Orders (WO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Statement of Work (SOW).
- Experience managing Offer Letters / Employment Agreements for W2 employees.
- Experience with Independent Contractor Agreements (ICA) for 1099 consultants.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding cases.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with candidates, vendors, and internal teams.
