About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate .NET Trainer to conduct an intensive offline training program for college students. The trainer will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented .NET development training, mentoring students, conducting practical sessions, and helping learners build real-world projects.

This is a short-term contract opportunity ideal for professionals with strong .NET development experience and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging offline classroom training on .NET technologies.

Teach core concepts including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web APIs, and SQL Server.

Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, and workshops.

Guide students in developing real-world projects.

Assess student progress through quizzes, coding challenges, and evaluations.

Provide mentorship and career guidance to students.

Share industry best practices, coding standards, and development workflows.

Collaborate with the institution to ensure successful program delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.

Minimum 2+ years of industry experience in .NET development or training.

Experience conducting technical training sessions for students or professionals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners.

Experience with Git, version control systems, and deployment processes is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience training engineering or college students.

Knowledge of modern development practices and project-based learning

Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus.

Working Schedule

5 Days a Week

Offline classroom sessions at the designated college campus.
