Job Responsibilities:

• Sound understanding of contract risk assessment for WTG contracts (supply, commissioning services, O&M contracts) basis the nature of transaction contemplated in such contracts, including substantially commercial aspect of contract and basics of legal aspect of contract.
• Basic understanding of taxation in relation to such transactions.
• Awareness of major government regulations impacting contractual obligations and liabilities.
• Should have a good contract drafting capability reflecting correct commercial intent in a balanced manner.
• Should be willing to work in a multi-tasking environment and having time bound deliverables.
• Should take initiative to pursue the contractual closure with internal stake holders as well.
• Should be strong in pricing and related contractual activities.
• Should be clear and effective in verbal and written communication during both internal & external negotiations to avoid communication gaps and delays.
• Functionally, needs to negotiate with customer as well as internal stake holders, to align the contractual provisions with the internal risk evaluation baseline.
• Needs to efficiently coordinate /align with multiple departments in process of contract finalization.

Job Requirement:

• At least 12 years of experience in contract management in power sector with atleast 3 years of relevant experience in WTG business
• Qualification: B.E. /MBA
