What You'll Be Doing

  • Frontline support to sales team for general inquiries
  • Validate and process requests for amendments to, or extensions of, existing contracts
  • Manage Vendor Certification requirements for state, federal, international and individual clients
  • Manage Business License certifications including follow up with management and individuals
  • Assemble, validate and process subcontractor agreements
  • Prepare Order Forms, Certificates of Insurance and Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Handle redlines for Non-Disclosure Agreements

What You'll Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience in business law
  • Experience managing contracts required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to set priorities effectively
  • Ability to handle interruptions well and move between tasks with ease
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to make administrative judgements
  • Strong business, contract, and legal writing skills
  • Knowledge of intellectual property laws, guidelines, and policies

  • Account Managers
  • Contract Administration team members including: Contract Administrators, Senior Contract Manager and Directors
