This role involves reviewing and updating contracts, maintaining the contract repository, supporting procurement tools, and providing vendor-related administrative support. Strong coordination with cross-functional teams and sharp documentation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Update, amend, and negotiate contract clauses in line with policy and legal standards
- Review contracts, assess risks, and recommend improvements
- Maintain and govern a centralized contract repository
- Enforce compliance with contract management protocols
- Support procurement platforms and provide user training
- Manage vendor onboarding, evaluations, and renewals
- Generate reports on contract performance and compliance
- Assist in drafting policies and SOPs related to procurement and contracts
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Procurement or related field
- 3+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or vendor operations
- Solid grasp of contract law and procurement workflows
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
