Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Service Level Agreement (SLA) Manager CIB to oversee the end-to-end management of Service Level Agreements and Catalogue of Services across global and local stakeholders.

This role requires strong contract administration expertise, stakeholder coordination skills, and the ability to manage large inventories of agreements while ensuring compliance and standardization.

Key Responsibilities

CIB Service Level Agreements Scope

  • Coordinate standardization of the Catalogue of Services & related agreements
  • Collaborate with Global & Local CIB Managers/Owners to draft the Catalogue of Services
  • Maintain inventory of contracts and Service Catalogue documentation
  • Produce management reports on SLA inventory and Catalogue of Services

Location Service Level Agreements

  • Draft Service Level Agreements for services provided to CIB clients
  • Ensure familiarity with SLA templates and required insertions to complete documents
  • Track and incorporate country-specific legal requirements
  • Understand and complete Schedules of Services, including:
  • Services provided
  • Costs
  • Service level parameters
  • Special conditions
  • Work closely with Cluster Leads to identify required information

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Track all technical changes (services, dates, SLA updates) and update agreements accordingly
  • Coordinate with India TAX team, Business Heads, and Managers to obtain Catalogue of Services sign-offs (where applicable)
  • Liaise with onshore ITO Q&E SLA Indus team and Program Manager
  • Maintain activity logs and produce regular management reports
  • Coordinate SLA validation, signature collection, and execution processes

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Contract Management
  • Experience within banking / financial services environment (preferred)
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation and handling Contractual Agreements
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to assess contractual risks and opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience managing large inventories of contracts and data
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Knowledge of Intra-Group Service Level Agreements and contract administration
