Contract Management Professional

• Evaluate risk factors such as business continuity plans, geographical risks, and regulatory impacts.

• Manage RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes with strategic sourcing teams.

• Coordinate with SCM teams for purchase order management and contract execution.

• Maintain and renew network and enterprise contracts.

• Work closely with legal and tax teams for compliance and contract validation.

• Monitor supplier and vendor performance against SLAs.

• Ensure contract documentation accuracy and governance compliance.

• Support negotiation and optimization of vendor agreements.

• Track contract lifecycle activities and reporting metrics.

• Contribute to process improvements in procurement operations.
