EXO Edge is looking for a seasoned Contract Management professional to join our Legal team. The ideal candidate should have worked in credit administration, NBFC, or a comparable environment, with a proven track record of reviewing and analyzing loan agreements, cash management agreements, etc.
Primarily Focused On
In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
- Crafting summaries of financial information for non-financial audiences.
- Abstracting key information from loan agreements, cash management and other banking agreements
Fulfilling The Below Roles And Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and abstract a wide range of contracts.
- Extract key provisions, focusing on interest rates, methodologies, fees, covenants, collateral requirements, and other material terms.
- Review loan agreements, cash management agreements and other related banking documents.
- Summarize the key points of each document in a format that is easy for internal stakeholders to understand.
- Identify conflicting terms within the existing agreements.
- Point person for the client and the project team to spot/address/escalate all subject matter issues.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Bringing In The Below Experience And Education
- 3-5 Years experience reviewing agreements in banking/financial industry.
- LLB from a reputed institute is a must. LLM would be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with banking terminology and concepts, such as loan structures, collateral types, escrow accounts etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical and logical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Technically Sound In
- Experience using various CLM tools.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite of applications.
