Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Contract & Legal Executive to manage contracts, legal compliance, and commercial matters for EPC and renewable energy projects. The role involves end-to-end contract management, client coordination, and legal support across project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage EPC contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
- Handle client contracts, change orders, claims, and variations
- Manage government contracts, tenders, and compliance documentation
- Support project teams on contractual risks, obligations, and dispute resolution
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in contract closure, billing milestones, and commercial reconciliations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in contracts and legal roles, preferably in EPC or renewable energy projects
- BE / BL or relevant legal qualification from a recognized institution
- Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, government contracts, and change management
- Experience in renewable sectors (Solar, Wind, BESS) or infrastructure domains preferred
- Proficiency in legal drafting, contract interpretation, and negotiation
- Strong client-handling, communication, and coordination skills
- Familiarity with applicable legal platforms, compliance frameworks, and statutory requirements

- Ability to work independently and support multi-project environments
