Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Labour Management Manager based in Palghar. The manager will oversee all aspects of contract labor management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, maintaining accurate records, liaising with contractors, ensuring workforce needs align with project demands, and implementing safety and compliance measures. The role also involves addressing labor disputes and supporting the HR and operations teams in workforce planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Labor Laws, Compliance, and Administrative Processes
  • Proficiency in Vendor Management, Contract Negotiation, and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Experience in Workforce Planning and Resource Allocation
  • Familiarity with Safety Regulations and Best Practices
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in contract labor management in the manufacturing or energy sectors is an added advantage
