About The Role

We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Technical / Techno-Functional Consultant with at least 8 years of IBM Maximo experience and exposure to at least one complete implementation. The role focuses on Maximo integrations, BIRT, workflow development, Java, automation scripting, SQL, and security configuration, along with functional knowledge of Maximo Finance and Procurement. Strong client-facing and ERP integration experience is required.

Job Description

The consultant will work across Maximo application development and support initiatives, contributing to technical and techno-functional solutions with limited dependency on functional teams. The role requires hands-on expertise in Maximo integration, workflow design and development, BIRT reporting, Java, automation scripting, and ERP system integration.

The position also involves working directly with clients, configuring security groups, developing SQL scripts, and supporting Maximo-related business requirements. The consultant may also participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and team management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support IBM Maximo applications and technical solutions.
• Design and implement Maximo integrations with ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain BIRT reports, workflows, Java solutions, and automation scripts.
• Configure Maximo security groups and related application settings.
• Gather requirements and design solutions with minimal functional-team support.
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform RDBMS and SQL scripting activities.
• Contribute to application development and support projects aligned with the UAE business calendar and holidays.
