Contract Engineers, Infrastructure (Mumbai, India) (CLOSED)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Engineer to support contract management activities within the infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering and a keen eye for reviewing, managing, and organizing contractual documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret contractual documents and agreements related to infrastructure projects
• Organize and maintain contract records and correspondence efficiently
• Identify key terms, obligations, and risks within contracts and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders
• Assist in drafting responses and maintaining compliance with contract terms
• Coordinate with project and legal teams to ensure timely handling of contract-related matters
• Support in preparing documentation for audits, claims, or disputes
• Maintain trackers and reports related to contracts and correspondence

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in contract management within the infrastructure sector.
• Familiarity with construction/infrastructure-related contractual documents.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic document management tools.
• Strong reading and writing skills in English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
