We are seeking a Contract Analyst I to join our diverse and dynamic Client Contract Services (CCS) Team at ICON. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the budgeting and drafting of Contracts and Change Orders. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, maintain strong client relationships, and monitor the progress of contract and change order execution.
What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare budgets for contracts and change orders, and draft the associated contract documents.
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Contract Managers.
- Use ICON costing tools and budget templates to prepare accurate budgets.
- Gather input from operational teams and ensure terms reflect cost drivers.
- Create payment schedules and support budget/financial analysis.
- Maintain documentation and update Salesforce consistently.
- Communicate contract status to internal teams and clients.
- Assist or lead meetings related to contracts/change orders.
- Perform initial quality checks on documents.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
Your Profile / Prior Experience
- 2-8 years of experience in Clinical Full Service or Central Laboratory budget and contract development.
- Preferred with Central Lab budgeting experience (Proposal or Contracts).
- Prepare budgets for contracts and change orders and draft the associated contract documents.
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, and Contract Managers.
- Use ICON costing tools and budget templates to prepare accurate budgets.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
