Job Description

• Execute billing and contract administration activities as per SOPs and internal guidelines

• Coordinate with contract administrators, field service engineers, training teams, and regional SPOCs

• Manage service contract lifecycle including proposals, procurement support, execution, and closure

• Support audit processes by maintaining documentation and responding to audit queries

• Generate reports and extract data for regional stakeholders as per business cadence

• Perform root cause analysis for deviations and document corrective actions

• Communicate with stakeholders through emails, calls, and official communication tools

• Ensure confidentiality of commercial, financial, and technical information

• Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and training coordinators for project execution

• Act as point of contact for internal contract-related queries

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency
