CONTINUOUS SANDWICH PANEL LINE OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor the continuous sandwich panel production line (PU/PIR/rockwool panels).

Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure smooth operation during shifts.

Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality standards for thickness, density, adhesion, and finish.

Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues or process deviations.

Perform minor maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams for major repairs.

Record production data, including quantities, wastage, and downtime.

Follow safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.

Assist in material handling, loading/unloading raw materials, and maintaining inventory levels.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma / Technical diploma (preferred in mechanical, electrical, or production engineering).

24 years of experience in sandwich panel production or similar continuous line manufacturing.

Knowledge of PU/PIR foaming systems, lamination process, and panel cutting machinery.

Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
