Role Overview

We are building a cross-functional team responsible for delivering end-to-end customer solutions by integrating modules and services from multiple engineering groups Software, MLOps, and Geometric Vision.

In this role, you will deeply understand customer use cases, configure and assemble AI-driven pipelines from existing components, and ensure they meet accuracy, performance, and turn around-time (TAT) expectations.

You will work across Python and Java services, AI inference pipelines (NVIDIA Triton), geometric vision modules, and distributed backend systems. Over time, you will continuously improve pipeline accuracy and efficiency through structured RCA and insights from the Data Analytics team.

This is a high-ownership role where engineering depth meets customer-oriented problem solving.

What You'll Do

• Understand customer use cases in detail and translate them into scalable technical pipelines.
• Integrate configurable modules and services across AI models (via NVIDIA Triton), geometric vision modules
• Python, backend Java microservices, and Kafka-based communication layers.
• Build, configure, and deploy end-to-end pipelines tailored to each customer facility.
• Maintain and enhance solutions for existing customers while building robust pipelines for new deployments.
• Continuously improve accuracy and TAT by conducting structured RCAs in collaboration with the Data Analytics team.
• Push incremental releases to customer facilities, ensuring stability, reliability, and measurable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Software, MLOps, Geometric Vision, DevOps, and QA teams to drive alignment and shared ownership across releases.
• Automate repeatable workflows to improve reliability, speed, and consistency across
• deployments.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, supporting their growth and ensuring high engineering standards across the team.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on engineering experience, preferably working across multiple technical domains.

Someone who can take full end to end ownership of a product line.

Strong programming experience in Python and Java.

Ability to understand and work with distributed systems, microservice architectures, and asynchronous communication

Kafka

Experience with or strong aptitude to learn:

AI model hosting via NVIDIA Triton

Geometric vision modules (Python-based)

Backend architectures and databases

PostgreSQL, Memgraph, Neo4j)

Strong systems-level thinking and ability to understand how components interact end-to-end.

Proven ability to work with engineers from multiple domains

(ML, vision, backend, DevOps) to drive collaborative problem solving.

Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, provide technical direction, and review their work.

High willingness and aptitude to learn fast, experiment rapidly, and work across functional boundaries.
