Minimum

BE Electrical or BE Mechanical.

Relevant 4 to 5 years in Continuous Improvement/ Lean/ TPM/Business Excellence

Preferred

Lean Practitioner certified

5S Auditor Certification

Lean Six sigma Green Belt / Black belt

. PC working knowledge (MS Office, Autocad, Minitab)

. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

. Training experience
