Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi for a Conti Chef. The Conti Chef will be responsible for preparing continental dishes, planning and organizing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food presentation. Day-to-day tasks include managing ingredients, monitoring food safety standards, training kitchen staff on continental recipes, and collaborating with the team to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing various continental dishes and knowledge of international cuisines
• Strong organizational skills for managing kitchen operations and inventory control
• Experience in food safety, hygiene, and quality standards compliance
• Ability to train and mentor kitchen staff in continental cooking techniques
• Creative approach to food presentation and menu innovation
• Passion for culinary arts with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience as a Conti Chef or in a similar role is preferred
• Culinary certification or relevant professional training is a plus
