Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and producing creative content (posts, reels, videos, blogs, graphics) for social media platforms.
- Support in writing, editing, and proofreading blogs, website copy, and marketing material.
- Collaborate with the design and social media teams to brainstorm campaign ideas.
- Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to generate fresh content ideas.
- Help manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts.
- Optimize content for digital platforms while maintaining brand voice and guidelines.
- Capture photos/videos (if required) for campaigns or office activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong writing and communication skills in English (creative and error-free).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred but not mandatory).
- Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism, English, or a related field.
- Prior experience in content writing, blogging, or social media (even as projects/freelance) will be an advantage.
