Content Writing Intern / Executive

This is a Paid Internship opportunity for beginners who have completed their college education for the role of Content Writer for eLearning course development. Do not apply if you are (1) still in college, (2) looking for Marketing Content Writer opportunity.

At the end of the 2 month internship, based on their performance, the selected candidates will be offered a full time job with the company. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content on various topics including compliance, individual and managerial effectiveness that enhance retention and transfer
• Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources and studies)
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and identify the target audience's training needs
• State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
• Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
• Write Voice over scripts and on-screen texts
• Collaborate with content developers, and multimedia specialists to create engaging and learner-centric storyboards.
• Decide on the criteria used to judge the learner's performance and develop an assessment
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered writing tools both for ideation and refining drafts.

Qualifications

Excellent Verbal and Written communication

Exposure to Gen AI content writing or development tools.

Experience in creative content like Animation, Short Movies or Gamification is an added advantage
