About Role/Project:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer who can own, elevate, and standardize all written and presentation content across the organization.

This role is critical in shaping how we communicate with clients, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling, and outcome-driven narratives that resonate with business and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Ownership
• Own the quality, consistency, and structure of all external and internal content including:

Website content

Blogs and thought leadership articles

Whitepapers and case studies

Solution briefs and proposals

Sales and executive presentations

Azure Marketplace offerings - Added

Drive a unified content vision aligned with our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Technical Storytelling

• Translate complex topics across Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Data & AI) into:

Clear, customer-friendly messaging

Business outcome-driven narratives

Executive-level summaries and insights

Ensure all content highlights value, differentiation, and real-world impact, not just technical features.

Presales & Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with solution architects, presales teams, and leadership to:

Shape compelling proposals and pitch decks

Refine messaging for client presentations

Align content with industry use cases and customer pain points

Content Standardization & Governance

• Establish and enforce content frameworks, including:

Tone and voice guidelines

Standard terminology and narratives

Document and presentation templates

Visual storytelling and flow

Build and maintain style guides and reusable assets to scale content creation efficiently.

Editing & Quality Assurance

• Edit and finalize all key documents and presentations to ensure:

Logical flow and clarity

Professional polish

Consistency across all materials

Executive-readiness

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 610+ years in technical writing, content strategy, or presales content (preferably in IT services or consulting)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft stack:
• Azure (Cloud)
• Power Platform
• Dynamics 365
• Data & AI solutions
• Proven ability to convert technical concepts into business value narratives
• Experience working with presales, consulting, or solutioning teams
• Excellent command over written English, storytelling, and structured communication
