We run qna.tax — a community platform where Indian taxpayers get plain-language answers to real tax questions. We also send a weekly newsletter curating the best threads to our audience.
We're looking for a full-time Content Writer to research and write clear, accurate content on Indian tax and personal finance — turning complex topics like TDS, capital gains, GST, and ITR filing into something a regular person can understand and act on.
This is a great role if you're early in your career, have a genuine interest in tax and finance, and want to build a public writing portfolio that helps thousands of Indian taxpayers every week.

- Curate and write the weekly newsletter summarizing the top threads for our audience
- Answer community questions with well-researched, factual replies
- Keep existing content updated as tax rules and CBDT notifications change
- Write explainers around new tax forms, budget announcements, and compliance deadlines
Requirements

- Comfortable writing in a Q&A and community format
- Reliable and consistent — we publish on a schedule and need someone who can too
Good to have
- Background in commerce, CA foundation, MBA (Finance), or similar
- Prior writing samples — blog posts, forum replies, LinkedIn notes, or anything showing you explain things clearly
- Familiarity with qna.tax or similar finance and tax communities
Benefits
- A byline on a growing tax community platform read by thousands of Indian taxpayers
- A strong, published portfolio of practical financial content
- Mentorship from the team on tax topics you're still learning
- Work that genuinely helps people navigate something most find confusing
