Role & Responsibilities

- Transcribe audio and video files into written format with high precision.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure subtitle and transcription quality standards are met.
- Edit and proofread subtitles and transcripts to eliminate errors and improve readability.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive content.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in content writing and transcription
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Research skills to verify content and terminologies
- Preferred
- Experience with subtitle creation tools and transcription software
- Knowledge of multiple languages (optional but advantageous)
