Location: Coimbatore (Full Time, On-Site)

Job Description:

As a Content Writer you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that drives engagement, educates our audience about our tax product software, and supports our marketing initiatives. You will lead content strategy development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with marketing goals and business objectives.
• Create compelling content for various platforms including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, emails, and social media.
• Conduct research on industry trends, tax regulations, and competitor analysis to inform content creation.
• Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, and marketing team members to develop content that addresses customer pain points and showcases product features.
• Optimize content for SEO and incorporate SEO best practices into content development.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2 -3 years of experience in content writing, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
• Proven ability to develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and support marketing objectives.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with SEO tools and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong knowledge on Grammarly, ProWritingAid, Google Scholar, WordPress, Medium.
• Previous experience in writing about software products or tax-related topics.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance and effectiveness.
