Salary Range: 5.0 LPA 7.5 LPA (based on experience)

Role Purpose

Lead social media marketing, content writing, and creative execution of influencer videos to build brand awareness and generate dealer enquiries across relevant digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Primary ownership of social media marketing across major digital and messaging platforms

Write captions, scripts, product posts, blogs, and marketing content

Create educational product explainer and comparison video scripts

Adapt content for different professional and consumer platforms as required

Decide video concepts, hooks, and storytelling for influencer shoots

Guide influencers during shoots and coordinate with in-house video team

Review and finalize reels/videos before publishing

Plan monthly content calendar aligned with crops, seasons, and products

Support basic SEO content and platform optimization

Track engagement, reach, and enquiry performance

Occasional field travel for influencer or dealer shoots, as required

Required Skills

Strong Hindi writing and basic English communication

Excellent scriptwriting, storytelling, and copywriting ability

Understanding of short-form video and social media trends

Basic knowledge of SEO and digital content optimization

Ability to simplify technical/agriculture products for rural audience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Commerce, or related field

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory)

Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing certification

Content Writing / SEO certification

Google Digital Garage or similar programs

Experience Requirement

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Industry Preference

Candidates with experience in agriculture machinery, agri-inputs, rural marketing, or industrial products will be preferred.
