About the Role

We're looking for a Content Writer & Social Media Executive who has strong writing skills, understands social media, and is comfortable creating content for brands and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a good sense of humour, understand Gen-Z communication, follow social media trends, and know how to create content that gets attention.

Key Responsibilities

* Write engaging social media posts, captions, hooks and creative copy

* Write scripts and concepts for Reels and short-form videos

* Create creative and humorous copy for Meta Ads and other advertising campaigns

* Research social media trends, memes and popular content formats

* Develop relatable and Gen-Z-friendly content ideas

* Assist in planning and managing social media content

* Collaborate with designers and video editors

* Be comfortable appearing on camera for Reels, videos and brand content when required

What We're Looking For

* Strong content writing skills

* Good command of English/Hinglish

* Excellent understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms

* Strong sense of humor and understanding of internet culture

* Good understanding of Gen-Z trends and communication

* Ability to write catchy hooks and attention-grabbing ad copy

* Comfortable and confident in front of the camera

* Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas

* Good research and communication skills

Good to Have

* Previous experience in content writing or social media

* Experience writing ad copies

* Experience creating Reels/scripts

* Basic understanding of Meta Ads

* Knowledge of memes, trends and viral content formats

* Agency, startup or brand experience
