Content Writer – Social Media with outstanding English writing capabilities to create compelling and engaging content across all digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent storytelling skills and the ability to create
eye-catching, audience-focused, and institution-oriented content that enhances brand visibility, engagement, admissions outreach, and digital presence.
Candidates who have previously worked in an educational institution, higher education, EdTech, training, or academic environment will be given preference.
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Develop impactful and engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, Threads, websites, blogs, and emerging digital platforms.
- Write creative captions, campaign content, institutional stories, admission campaigns, student engagement content, reels scripts, ad copies, newsletters, and promotional communication.
- Create high-quality, eye-catching content specifically designed for educational institutions to attract prospective students and strengthen brand positioning.
- Produce compelling content that reflects institutional achievements, student success stories, faculty excellence, campus activities, events, and academic initiatives.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual storytelling across platforms.
Social Media & Digital Communication
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with institutional and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with design, admissions, branding, and marketing teams.
- Support content publishing and optimize content based on engagement trends.
- Develop campaign concepts to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Brand Storytelling & Institutional Communication
- Create persuasive and meaningful content that builds institutional reputation and audience trust.
- Ensure content maintains excellent grammar, professional standards, and impactful messaging.
- Convert strategic objectives into engaging digital narratives.
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on content trends, social media innovations, and digital communication practices.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and generate fresh content ideas.
- Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and digital performance.
Performance Monitoring
- Analyse engagement metrics and recommend content improvements.
- Support SEO-friendly content creation where applicable.
- Continuously optimize content based on campaign performance and user insights.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media content writing, digital communication, copywriting, or content marketing.
- Previous experience in educational institutions, higher education, universities, colleges, training organisations, or EdTech companies will be highly preferred.
- Experience creating attractive institutional branding and admission-focused content will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent grammar, editing, proofreading, and storytelling capabilities.
