Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Specialist / Content Writer with mandatory B2B SaaS experience to create compelling, business-focused content that educates and influences decision-makers. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex technology concepts and develop value-driven content across multiple marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality content including blogs, website pages, landing pages, case studies, eBooks, brochures, product descriptions, and sales collateral.
- Translate complex SaaS, AI, cloud communication, and contact center solutions into clear, customer-centric messaging.
- Develop content for different stages of the marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and audience engagement.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to develop thought leadership content.
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all communication channels.
- Review, edit, and enhance content to ensure high editorial standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Content Writing or Content Marketing.
- Mandatory experience in B2B SaaS content creation.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, customer pain points, and value-based storytelling.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with SEO content optimization.
- Strong research, analytical, and content planning abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Cloud Communication, Contact Center, Telecom, AI, VoIP, or CX platforms.
- Exposure to Product-Led Growth (PLG) or Enterprise SaaS marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM, AI, VoIP, and customer experience technologies.
