Sheopal's Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the wellness and fitness industry, along with its co-partner GirlyVeda, which focuses on girl-centric and personal care products, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging, well-researched, and SEO-friendly content for digital platforms. If you come from the wellness, fitness, beauty, or personal care industry, it will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Write clear, engaging, and original content for websites, blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media posts, and marketing materials for both Sheopal's and GirlyVeda.
- SEO Optimization: Research and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain distinct and consistent brand voices for Sheopal's (wellness & fitness) and GirlyVeda (girl-related and personal care products).
- Product Descriptions: Craft persuasive, informative product descriptions that highlight key benefits and connect with the target audience.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute monthly content calendars for both brands.
- Research: Conduct industry research on wellness, fitness, beauty, and personal care trends to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand tone.
- Analytics: Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement and conversion metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience as a Content Writer, preferably in the wellness, fitness, beauty, or personal care industries.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and keyword research (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to create content that aligns with audience interests and brand objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CMS platforms (like WordPress).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for formatting web content.
- Experience with Google Analytics or other tools for tracking content performance.
- Understanding of eCommerce content strategy and conversion-focused writing.
