JOB DESCRIPTION
Position - Content Writer & SEO Specialist
Reporting To - Marketing Manager / Head – Marketing
Location - Gurugram, Haryana
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Write high-quality blogs, articles, website content, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and industry reports.
- Develop content for hospitality, healthcare, commercial laundry, sustainability, facility management, and industrial service sectors.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Write compelling email marketing campaigns, newsletters, brochures, and sales collateral.
- Assist in developing founder-led and leadership branding content.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Develop SEO-focused content strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Optimize website content including:
- Meta Titles
- Meta Descriptions
- Header Tags
- Internal Linking
- URL Structures
- Image Alt Text
- Identify new content opportunities to increase website traffic and lead generation.
- Monitor keyword rankings and recommend optimization strategies.
Industry Research & Thought Leadership
- Research trends in:
- Hospitality Industry
- Healthcare Sector
- Commercial Laundry Operations

- ESG Practices
- Facility Management
- Convert industry insights into thought leadership articles and business-focused content.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor content performance using:

- Track website traffic, engagement metrics, keyword rankings, and lead conversions.
- Submit monthly content performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Brand Management
- Ensure all content aligns with Quick Clean's brand positioning and business objectives.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual communication across all channels.
