About the Role

Vish Gyana Technology Solutions (VGTS) is looking for a creative and passionate Content Writer & Script Writer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a flair for storytelling, excellent writing skills, and the ability to create engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

You will be responsible for writing compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, marketing campaigns, product promotions, employer branding, and video scripts. This role requires someone who can simplify technical concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content while maintaining the brand's voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, original, and engaging content for blogs, websites, landing pages, newsletters, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Write compelling scripts for promotional videos, product explainers, corporate films, YouTube videos, social media reels, podcasts, and advertisements.
• Develop content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Product teams to create impactful campaigns.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to produce relevant content.
• Create SEO-friendly content to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Write case studies, success stories, whitepapers, and product documentation.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, grammar, and brand tone.
• Generate creative ideas for campaigns, storytelling, and content series.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives by creating recruitment and culture-related content.
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and other content-generation platforms to improve productivity while ensuring originality and quality.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, or Script Writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong storytelling, creative writing, and editing abilities.
• Experience writing scripts for videos, reels, YouTube content, advertisements, or corporate videos.
• Good understanding of SEO content writing and keyword optimization.
• Ability to write for different audiences and platforms.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, and other content creation tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.

Good to Have

• Experience writing content for the IT, SaaS, Technology, or Software industry.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
• Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Understanding of video production workflows and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools.
• Experience with YouTube content strategy and scriptwriting.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
• Portfolio showcasing blogs, articles, social media content, marketing copy, or video scripts is mandatory.
