RegisterKaro is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer Executive to join our fast-growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, research-driven content that strengthens our digital presence in the business, finance, tax, legal, and compliance sectors. You will play a key part in educating entrepreneurs, startups, and SMEs through clear, accurate, and SEO-optimized content.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an understanding of SEO best practices, and the ability to break down complex regulations into simple, engaging, and actionable content. You will contribute to blogs, guides, pillar pages, website copy, email campaigns, and more—ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and supports our marketing goals.

Key Expectations

• Develop well-researched long-form content on topics like business registration, GST, Income Tax, company compliance, and startup growth.
• Rewrite complex legal and financial information into clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Create impactful short-form content for landing pages, social media, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal experts (CAs, CSs, legal professionals) to gather accurate insights for content creation.
• Optimize new and existing content for SEO, readability, and user engagement.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content gaps to support organic growth.
• Maintain a consistent, professional, and trustworthy brand tone across all platforms.
• Ensure all content is grammatically sound, plagiarism-free, and meets quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3+ years of hands-on content writing experience in a B2B, corporate, or agency environment.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communication, Finance, CA, or related fields.
• Portfolio: A strong set of published articles related to finance, tax, legal, or compliance topics is mandatory.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent command over grammar and editorial accuracy
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
