About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer with a strong understanding of the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of crafting engaging, high-impact content that drives brand positioning, lead generation, and audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

●Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar

●Write compelling blogs and website content focused on real estate trends, projects, and investment insights

●Create advertising and branding-focused creative concepts for campaigns

●Plan and execute marketing content for both print and digital platforms

●Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication

●Maintain consistency in brand voice across all channels

Requirements

●Proven experience in content writing, preferably in real estate or related sectors

●Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding principles

●Ability to think creatively and develop campaign-driven content ideas

●Excellent command over English (and Hindi/Gujarati is a plus)

●Strong research and storytelling skills

●Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

●Should be familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar platforms is a plus; however, over-reliance on them is not encouraged.
