Content Writer (2 to 3 Years Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a content creator who enjoys turning complex ideas into simple and high impact content. Someone who understands SEO, has a basic idea of GEO, and can manage our social media handles with consistency.

What You Will Do
- Create long form and short form content for blogs, landing pages, emailers and product pages
- Build SEO focused content strategies to grow organic traffic
- Optimise existing content for rankings, readability and conversions
- Manage RDash social media handles like LinkedIn and Instagram
- Work with design and marketing teams to execute content campaigns
- Track content performance, keyword rankings and organic growth metrics
- Stay updated on trends in construction tech, SaaS and project management
- Bring fresh ideas and take fast action without waiting for multiple rounds of instructions
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in content writing for SaaS or B2B brands
- Strong understanding of SEO including keyword research, clusters, on page optimisation and search intent
- Basic understanding of GEO and audience segmentation
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Comfortable managing basic social media posting and storytelling
- Proactive mindset with action bias and strong ownership
- Ability to simplify technical topics and make them engaging
- Bonus experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Notion, HubSpot or WordPress
