About The Role
This role is responsible for
driving the content strategy and execution across all our social media platforms. You will be the
central point of ownership for content planning, ensuring that every post, video, and script aligns with the brand's voice, goals, and audience expectations.
You will translate ideas, insights, and objectives into
well-structured, high-impact content, working closely with the on-camera host and video editing team to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scripts for reels, shorts, long-form videos, posts, and captions that are clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate
- Design and manage weekly and monthly content calendars to ensure consistency and timely publishing
- Plan content pillars, themes, hooks, storytelling formats, and clear calls-to-action (CTAs)
- Collaborate with the Social Media Host and Video Editor to align scripting, visuals, and delivery
- Schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn using approved tools
- Maintain content documentation, version control, and publishing workflows
- Track content output consistency and contribute insights for continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Clear understanding of short-form and long-form social media content formats
- Ability to plan, structure, and manage content systematically
- Familiarity with platform-specific best practices (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Prior experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing is an advantage
